Pomegranate Panna Cotta

Silky cream set with a glossy pomegranate-juice glaze.

Pomegranate Panna Cotta

Method

    Bloom the gelatin in 2 tbsp of the cold milk for 5 minutes.

    Warm the cream, remaining milk and sugar gently — do not boil.

  3. 3

    Stir in the gelatin and vanilla until fully dissolved.

  4. 4

    Pour into glasses and chill for at least 4 hours.

  5. 5

    Top with reduced pomegranate juice and fresh seeds before serving.
