Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Method

   Boil the pasta until al dente and reserve a little of the water.

   Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in butter until golden.

   Lower the heat and stir in Lamar Cooking Cream and cheese until silky.

4. 4

   Toss in the pasta, season, and loosen with pasta water if needed.

   Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
