Whipped Citrus Tart

Method

   Whisk the orange juice, sugar and yolks over low heat until thick.

   Off the heat, stir in the butter and zest, then let it cool.

   Spread the citrus curd into the baked crust.

   Whip Lamar Whipping Cream to soft peaks and pipe over the top.

   Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
